Prior to Purchase Advice
Please remember, before purchase, if in any doubt about size, colour or suitability of a product, you can email or call us with any queries about all of our products. Our staff have a huge amount of knowledge and experience of the products we sell and we try to respond to emails quickly in working hours.
Any shipment above the weight of 1 kg will be based on estimate provided by the shipping company.
If the product you receive is damaged, defective or not the right size for you, subject to return of the affected product to us within 10 days of its delivery and satisfaction of our assessment and validation process, you will be entitled to receive a full refund of the price paid for the product, excluding any shipping fees applied.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the following conditions must apply:
• The product(s) is in its original packaging with seals and tags/labels intact
• The product(s) is in a resalable condition according to our judgement
• The purchase is not labelled as non-returnable at checkout
• A written statement or letter is sent to us via email stating why you want to return the product and your customer order/reference number.
All items which are returned will be assessed and validated before they are accepted for a refund. If the stated issue is not found in the product you return, or if you return a product otherwise not eligible for refund as listed above, the product will be sent back to you and your claim for a refund will be rejected.
As our most of our products are hygiene articles we may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the products have been used.
Refunds (when applicable)
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or will be transferred into your account number(details to be provided by you) if the payment method is cash on delivery, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable as default.
How to Return or Exchange a Purchase
Inside the UAE
Email us at stating the reasons for return as well as your customer order/reference number.
Then you can choose from the following:
1. We will schedule a pick up for the item to be returned/exchanged
2. Ship the product back to us at the address mentioned below

Outside of the UAE
o Email us at stating the reasons for return as well as your customer order/reference number
o Once approved by our customer service, you can ship the product back to us stating on the parcel the following :
